Removal and installation of draft of a drive of gear shifting
Components of a drive of gear shifting

1. Components of a drive of gear shifting are presented on a covering note an illustration above. Turn off and remove the handle of the lever of gear shifting. Remove the central console (see. Head Body). Remove the top dustproof cover of the lever and the bottom boot (see an accompanying illustration). |

3. For a detachment of a jet bar of the lever of switching from RKPP case simply turn out a fixing bolt (see an accompanying illustration). |

4. For a detachment of the lever of a drive of switching to transmission wring out forward a dustproof cover, remove a collar and a drift beat out a spring pin (see an accompanying illustration). |

|
At assembly the spring pin is subject to replacement without fail. |
|
|
5. For a detachment of the back end of draft of a drive from the lever of switching give fixing a bolt with a nut (see an accompanying illustration). |
6. Give two nuts of fastening of the holder of a spherical support of the lever to the lower part of an arm of a jet bar (see the previous illustration), throw off washers, then remove the holder, the bottom boot of the lever, a saddle of a spherical support and the switching lever with a jet bar.
7. Check a condition of the rubber plug of a support of fastening of the forward end of a jet bar of the lever, in case of identification of cracks, gaps or signs of wear make replacement.
8. Replace sealing rings of assembly of fixture of the lever of switching.
9. Assembly is made upside-down. Before installation grease sealing rings and rubber plugs with silicone greasing. Do not forget to replace a spring pin of fastening of draft of a drive of switching to a transmission. All fixture tighten with demanded effort.
10. Check serviceability of functioning of the lever of gear shifting. |
