The To/in compressor is not among components subject to regenerative repair and in default should be replaced together with a receiver dehumidifier. |

1. Make a discharge of central air of air in the conditions of a specialized workshop.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that have the correct combination for audiosystem input in action! |
3. Cock the parking brake and prop up protivootkatny boots back wheels. To Poddomkratta a car front also establish it on props.
4. Remove a driving belt (see. Head Routine maintenance).
5. Remove the steering pump (see. Head Suspension bracket and steering).
6. At the corresponding complete set remove the actuation mechanism of a control system in the speed (темпостата).

7. Disconnect from the compressor refrigerator lines (see an accompanying illustration). At once закупорьте the open ends of tubes and unions in order to avoid hit in dirt system. |
8. Disconnect electroconducting from the coupling of coupling of the compressor.

9. To Otboltita the compressor (see an accompanying illustration) from a basic arm also remove it from the car. |
10. The coupling of coupling is necessary for transferring on the new compressor.
11. Calculation of volume of the coolant necessary for filling of volume of the new compressor is made as follows:
a) Merge refrigerator oil from the compressor removed from the car in measured capacity via soaking-up union;
b) Subtract result of measurement from value of 120 ml;
c) Also it is necessary to fill in the volume of a coolant received as a result of subtraction in the new compressor.
12. For the rest installation is made as it should be, the return to a dismantle order.
13. Make a system charging in the conditions of a specialized workshop. |
