Power supply system and release
General informationThe power supply system consists of a fuel tank, the electric fuel pump (placed in a fuel tank), the relay of the fuel pump, the fuel highway with injectors of injection, a regulator of pressure of fuel, assembly of an air purifier and the throttle case. All models described in the real Management are equipped with system of the consecutive (distributed) injection of fuel (SEFI).
System of consecutive injection (SEFI)
In SEFI system electric impulses of accurately limited duration for management of fuel injection through injectors directly to the inlet port of each of chambers of combustion of the engine are used. The moment and duration of time of opening of each of injectors supervises the module of management in capacity (RSM). RSM continuously traces various working parameters of the engine and on the basis of arriving information defines the demanded volume injected in each of inlet ports of fuel. The throttle case in this case serves only for management of giving in air system. In view of that each cylinder is equipped with own injector, this system provides possibility of very exact management with structure of an air and fuel mix.
Fuel pump and gasoline pipe lines
Supply of fuel from a fuel tank in system of injection and return of its surplus back in a fuel tank is carried out on two metal lines laid under the bottom of the car. The electric fuel pump is located in a fuel tank and united in uniform assembly with the block of the sensor of fuel consumption. The system of return of fuel evaporations carries out branch паров fuel back in a fuel tank on the separate returnable line.
The main PGM-FI relay (the relay of the fuel pump) is equipped primary and secondary with electric contours. At the included ignition primary contour provides food giving on RSM, injectors of injection and in a secondary contour of the relay which, in turn, feeds the fuel pump. Food giving on the fuel pump lasts two seconds at an ignition key povorachivaniye in the situation ON and is continuous at the working engine.
System of production of the fulfilled gases
Into structure of system of release enter a final collector, verkhnepotochny (to the catalytic converter) and nizhnepotochny (after the catalytic converter) oxygen sensors (l-probes), the 3-functional (reduktsionny) catalytic converter, the exhaust silencer and an exhaust pipe.
The catalytic converter is one of the main components of system of decrease in toxicity of the fulfilled gases and is in more detail considered in Head of the Control system by the engine.
