Removal and installation of the fuel highway and injectors of fuel of injectors of fuel
Removal
|
|
1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
|
|
If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that have the correct combination for equipment input in action! |
2. Dump pressure in a power supply system (see Sbrasyvaniye pressure in a power supply system).
3. Disconnect from injection injectors electroconducting (see an accompanying illustration).
4. Disconnect from a pressure regulator a vacuum hose and a hose of return of fuel (see. Removal and installation of a regulator of pressure of fuel).
5. Disconnect from the fuel highway of the tire of grounding.
6. Disconnect from the fuel highway the line of supply of fuel.

7a. Give fixing nuts (Civic) and remove the fuel highway from injection injectors. |

8a. Take an injector (ы) from the landing nest in the inlet pipeline.

It is meaningful to replace all rings used in injectors regardless of their condition. |
|
|
Installation
|
|
For the purpose of decrease in risk of damage of sealing rings it is necessary to fill injectors at first to the fuel highway and after it to establish assembly on the inlet pipeline. |
|
|
1. Grease new dempferny rings with pure impellent oil and put on them injection injectors.
|
|
2. Establish new sealing rings (also greased with impellent oil), then fill injectors to the fuel highway (see an accompanying illustration). |
3. Grease with impellent oil new landing sealing rings and plant them in nests under installation of injectors in the inlet pipeline.
4. Establish assembly of the fuel highway with injectors on the inlet pipeline. Tighten fixing nuts with demanded effort.
5. Further installation is made as it should be, the return to a dismantle order.
6. Having finished installation, without starting the engine, include ignition for the purpose of activation on pair of seconds of the fuel pump and pressure lifting in a power supply system. Repeat such inclusion two-three times, then check fuel lines, the highway and injectors on existence of signs of leaks. |
