1. At the included ignition disconnect electroconducting from the IAT sensor located on the inlet pipeline (see an accompanying illustration). By means of an ohmmeter measure resistance between two plugs on the sensor. Resistance of the sensor depends on temperature (see the accompanying table). |

2. At the included ignition (do not start the engine) measure basic tension on plugs of the socket of electroconducting of the sensor (a red and yellow wire) (see an illustration above). The result of measurement should make about 5 In, otherwise walk on a wire to ESM/RSM, checking it on existence of breaks and fastening of contact connections. 3. If electroconducting as it should be, replace the IAT sensor. 4. If replacement of the sensor does not lead to problem elimination, the car should be driven away on car repair shop for performance of diagnostics ESM/RSM. |
