Removal and installation of levers of a back suspension bracket

Top lever

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Give a nut of a through bolt of fastening of the top lever of a suspension bracket to the longitudinal lever (see an accompanying illustration), take a bolt. 2. Turn out bolts of a collar of fastening of the basic plug of the internal end of the lever to the car bottom (see an illustration above). Remove the top lever. 3. Check the basic plug on existence of cracks, signs of hardening or rubber aging. The defective plug is subject to a vypressovyvaniye and replacement – work should be made in the conditions of a car-care center workshop. 4. Installation is made upside-down. Track observance of demanded efforts of a tightening of fixture.

Bottom lever

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the bottom lever to longitudinal, and also a bolt of fastening of amortizatorny assembly to the bottom lever (see. Removal and installation of assembly of the back shock-absorber with a screw spring). 2. Give a nut and take an axial bolt of fastening of the internal end of the bottom lever to the car chassis (see an accompanying illustration). Remove the bottom lever. 3. Check a condition of basic plugs, in case of need make their replacement in the conditions of a car-care center workshop (the press is required). 4. Installation is made upside-down. Track observance of demanded efforts of a tightening of fixture.

Compensatory lever

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the compensatory lever to longitudinal (see an accompanying illustration). 2. Give a nut of a through bolt of fastening of the compensatory lever to the car bottom (see an illustration above). Take a bolt and remove the compensatory lever. 3. Check a condition of basic plugs, in case of need make their replacement in the conditions of a car-care center workshop (the press is required). 4. Installation is made upside-down. Track observance of demanded efforts of a tightening of fixture.

Longitudinal lever

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a hydraulic hose from the wheel cylinder / a back support. At once закупорьте the open ends of a hose and the union in order to avoid hit in dirt system. Remove a brake drum and bashmachny assembly. On models with disk brake mechanisms of back wheels remove a support and a brake disk. Disconnect a cable of a drive of the parking brake from the executive lever (see. Head Brake system). 2. Remove a board of the brake mechanism. 3. Disconnect from the longitudinal lever of assembly of the top, bottom and compensatory levers (see above). 4a. Liberate a cable of a drive of the parking brake from an arm on assembly of the longitudinal lever. Turn out bolts of fastening of an axis of the basic plug of the longitudinal lever to the bottom of the car and remove the lever (see accompanying illustrations): left bolt of fastening. 4b. Right bolt of fastening. 5. Check a condition of basic plugs, in case of need make their replacement in the conditions of a car-care center workshop (the press is required). 6. Installation is made upside-down. Track observance of demanded efforts of a tightening of fixture.
