Removal and installation of a rotary fist and stupichny assembly
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a rim cap. Weaken a stupichny nut (see an accompanying illustration). Weaken nuts of fastening of a wheel, then поддомкратьте a front of the car and establish it on props. Remove a wheel. Unscrew a stupichny nut.
2. Liberate a flexible brake hose from an arm on assembly of a rotary fist. To Otboltita a support of the brake mechanism also tie up it a wire to a screw spring. Remove also anchor bracket of a support and a brake disk (see. Head Brake system). 3. Disconnect from a rotary fist a tip of steering draft (see. Removal and installation of tips of steering drafts). 4. Separate the bottom lever of a suspension bracket from a spherical support in the lower part of a rotary fist (see. Removal and installation of the bottom control lever of a forward suspension bracket). 5. Separate the top end of a fist from a spherical support of the top lever of a suspension bracket. 6. Accurately delay fist assembly with a nave outside, having removed it from a pin of a power shaft. In case of need knock on a pin end face with a hammer with soft brisk for the purpose of its liberation from a nave. Tie up assembly of a power shaft by a wire in order to avoid damage of the internal CV JOINT.
Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Slightly grease with special greasing of a shlitsa of an external pin of a power shaft. Pass a pin through an opening in a nave, at the same time filling on a regular place a rotary fist. 2. Connect the top part of a fist to a spherical support of the top lever of a suspension bracket (see. Removal and installation of the top control lever of a forward suspension bracket). Tighten a nut of a spherical finger with demanded effort. 3. Connect a spherical support in the lower part of a fist to the bottom lever of a suspension bracket (see. Removal and installation of the bottom control lever of a forward suspension bracket). 4. Establish to the place of a brake disk, an anchor bracket and a support (see. Head Brake system). 5. Screw on a pin of a power shaft a stupichny nut and strongly tighten it. 6. Establish a wheel, lower the car on the earth and tighten wheel nuts with demanded effort (see. Specifications to Head Routine maintenance). 7. Tighten a stupichny nut with demanded effort.
