Removal and installation of assembly of the forward shock-absorber with a screw spring

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Weaken nuts of fastening of the corresponding wheel. To Poddomkratta a car front also establish it on props. Remove a wheel. 2. To Otboltita a flexible brake hose from shock-absorber assembly. 3. Disconnect a bar of the stabilizer of cross-section stability from the bottom lever of a suspension bracket (see. Removal and installation of the forward stabilizer of cross-section stability with basic plugs). 4. Get a jack under the bottom lever of a suspension bracket, having provided it a support at the removed assembly of the shock-absorber. Turn out a coupling bolt (see an accompanying illustration). 5a. Give a nut and take a through bolt of fastening of a fork to the bottom lever of a suspension bracket (see an accompanying illustration). 5b. Remove a fork. In case of need for separation of a fork from the shock-absorber обстучите its hammer with soft the brisk. 6. Having propped up shock-absorber assembly, give two nuts of its top support (see an accompanying illustration). Take assembly from under the car through a wheel arch.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Get shock-absorber assembly with a screw spring through a wheel arch on the regular place. Accurately pass fixing hairpins in openings of the top support in an arch mudguard. At once screw on hairpins fixing nuts, having tightened them while only by hand. In view of considerable weight of amortizatorny assembly it will be reasonable to secure with the help of the assistant. 2. Fill the bottom end of the shock-absorber in a dempferny fork. Track hit of uvulas from a reverse side of the case of the shock-absorber in reciprocal grooves of a fork. 3. Connect a dempferny fork to the bottom lever of a suspension bracket. Tighten with demanded effort самоконтрящиеся nuts, then tighten with demanded effort a coupling bolt of a fork. 4. Connect to the bottom lever a bar of the stabilizer of cross-section stability (see. Removal and installation of the forward stabilizer of cross-section stability with basic plugs). Fix in the arm on shock-absorber assembly a flexible brake hose. Strongly tighten an arm bolt. 5. Establish into place a wheel, then lower the car on the earth and tighten wheel nuts with demanded effort (see. Specifications to Head Routine maintenance). 6. Tighten with demanded effort of a nut of the top support of amortizatorny assembly.
