1. Disconnect from the battery at first a negative wire, then positive.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that have the correct combination for audiosystem input in action! |
2. Disconnect from the pump hydraulic lines (see illustrations above). Pay attention to distinction of a design of shtutserny knots of connection of pressure head and returnable lines: the returnable hose fastens on the union a collar whereas the pressure head line is connected by means of two bolts. Right after a detachment закупорьте the open ends of both hoses for the purpose of minimization of losses of hydraulic liquid and in order to avoid hit in dirt system. Replace a sealing ring of shtutserny connection of the pressure head line.
3. Turn out an adjusting bolt of the steering pump.
4. Give fixing bolts and remove the pump from the engine.
5. Installation is made upside-down. Do not forget to remove on termination of procedure air from steering system (see. Air removal from a hydraulic path of system of strengthening of a wheel) and to adjust effort of a tension of a driving belt (see. Head Routine maintenance). |
