Replacement of lamps of head headlights

Flasks of lamps of halogen type are filled with the gas which was under pressure and at sharp stirring can blow up. Try to take such lamps only for a socle and use goggles. Remember that at a flask contact naked fingers on glass there are fatty spots that leads to a premature exit of a lamp out of operation as a result of an overheat. Before installation wipe a lamp flask alcohol.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Open a cowl.

2. Disunite located under block headlight assembly the electric socket, then remove a rubber protective cover (see an accompanying illustration).

3a. On the Civic models release a wire clamp of fastening of the lamp boss (see an accompanying illustration).

3b. Having pulled, take a cartridge from a block headlight.

4. On the Integra models turn a cartridge counter-clockwise and take it from a block headlight together with a lamp (see an accompanying illustration).

5. Installation is made upside-down (see the prevention at the beginning of the Section).
