Replacement of klapanny springs with plates and maslootrazhatelny caps
|
|
Replacement of the broken klapanny springs and worn-out maslootrazhatelny caps can be made without dismantle of a head of cylinders. Two special adaptations and a source of the compressed air will be necessary only. |
|
|
1. Uncover heads of cylinders (see. Removal and installation of a cover of a head of cylinders).
2. Turn out spark plugs from the cylinders which components need check. If there is a need for replacement of maslootrazhatelny caps, turn out all candles.
3. Having turned a cranked shaft, bring the corresponding piston into the provision VMT of the end of a step of compression (see. Reduction of the piston of the first cylinder in the provision of the top dead point (VMT)). At replacement of maslootrazhatelny caps, begin with the first cylinder, then pass from one to another as ignition (see. Specifications).
4. Remove assembly of yokes with axes (see. Removal, check of a condition and installation of assembly of yokes).

5. Screw in a candle opening of the corresponding cylinder a transitional nozzle and connect to it a hose from a source of the compressed air. |
|
|
Special carving nozzles with the union of fast connection (see an accompanying illustration) are issued – ask in car-care center shops. |
6. Submit air to the cylinder.
|
|
Under the pressure of air the piston can move down that will lead to a sudden provorachivaniye of a cranked shaft – do not leave on a bolt screwed in a pin of a shaft, a face key by means of which brought the piston into situation VMT. |
7. Valves will be kept on a place by pressure of air.
|
|
8. In order to avoid hit in the engine of garbage and other extraneous subjects, закупорьте rags all openings in the block round valves subject to service. Now by means of the special tool compress a spring of the valve subject to service (see an accompanying illustration). |
9. By means of nippers or a magnet take from flutes on a valve core crackers of the cutting lock (see an illustration to the paragraph 8).
10. Remove from a valve core a plate of a spring, the filter, and a spring, then remove from the directing plug a maslootrazhatelny cap.

If to fix the valve in a closed position the compressed air it is not possible, the leakage which is forming owing to existence of mechanical defects of a working facet of a plate or its saddle therefore takes place. In that case the head of cylinders is necessary for removing from the engine for the purpose of performance of the corresponding regenerative repair. |
11. Fix on the top end of a core of the valve a rubber bandage, or reel up an adhesive tape to exclude possibility of falling of the valve in the combustion chamber, then block supply of air in the cylinder.
12. Check a valve core on existence of signs of wear or mechanical damages. Rotating the valve in the directing plug, estimate size radial люфта its end face, defining degree of straightness of a core (the bent valve is subject to replacement).
13. Move the valve up-down in directing plugs, trying to reveal the jamming points which existence testifies or to deformation of a core of the valve, or about plug damage – in any case the head is subject to removal for the purpose of performance of necessary regenerative repair.
14. Again submit air to the cylinder for the purpose of valve fixing. Remove from a core a rubber bandage/adhesive tape.
15. Grease a valve core with pure impellent oil and establish a new maslootrazhatelny cap.

Springs of maslootrazhatelny caps are marked with a color code: white color means that the cap is intended for installation on the inlet valve, black – on final. |
16. Put on a valve core a klapanny spring (an end face with the reduced step of rounds to a head) with a plate.

|
17. Compress a spring by means of the special tool and accurately fill in a landing flute crackers of the cutting lock. For temporary fixing of crackers to an otpuskaniye of the tool grease them from within with dense greasing (see an accompanying illustration). |
18. Watching correctness of landing of crackers in a flute, release the adaptation for a spring szhimaniye.
19. Block supply of air in the cylinder and turn out from a candle opening a transitional nozzle.
20. Establish into place assembly of yokes (see. Removal, check of a condition and installation of assembly of yokes).
21. Establish a cover of a head of cylinders (see. Removal and installation of a cover of a head of cylinders).
22. Screw to the place of a spark plug and connect to them (in a demanded order) wire VV.
23. Start the engine and check it on existence of signs of leakages of oil and the unusual noise published by the klapanny mechanism. |
